Shipping Policies

Thank you for choosing 6:33 Nails for your next manicure.✨ We strive to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition and on time. Please review our shipping policies below for all the details you need.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 7-14 days - If you order on January 1st, your nails will be shipped by January 15th. This is due to the 1-5 hours that it takes to create a set of nails. We want to ensure that you receive the best quality.✨
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number (if applicable).
  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Shipping times begin after processing time ends!

Free Shipping:

• We offer free standard shipping on orders $65 and over.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If you think your order is lost during transit, please contact USPS or UPS. Once the order is shipped, it is out of our control. 
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Returns & Cancellations

• We do not offer refunds due to sizing. Sizing is up to you, the customer, and it is highly recommended that you order a sizing kit for each shape you would like to order. Sizes are different from shape to shape!
